    The Iron is of limited use to anyone. If you are in the Iron Membership, you likely ended up there on accident. It normally happens when a customer accidentally unsubscribes from all email or text communication from us.

    This means we cannot send you your coupons and you are not earning loyalty points. You are in our customer database, but we cannot give you any perks.

    We use Square as a card processor as do many other merchants. Sometimes people encounter a rather SPAMMY merchant and when they intend to unsubscribe from that merchant - they unsubscribe from all businesses that use Square.

    You might also end up in the Iron Membership when your card on file expires or gets replaced by your bank and you forget to update it in our membership tool.

    If you were gifted a membership and it ran out or your own membership ran out without renewal, you get moved into the Iron Membership.

    If you unsubscribe from our marketing communications, you are unsubscribing from the delivery tool and the loyalty program.

    We process our memberships with a website called Submatic and we process your card payment through Square. These two systems are connected to our Point of Sale cash registers so we can provide your membership benefits. The Submatic membership ordering page is embedded in our page below.

  • Terms and Conditions:
    When you provide us with your phone number, email address, and mailing address - you are also signing up for marketing communications from us. We use our marketing tools to generate your member benefits, coupons, and communication. You can unsubscribe from our marketing communications anytime, but you may also be unsubscribing from your member benefits. Unsubscribing does not cancel your obligation to pay for the full term of your membership.
    12-month commitment on all paid memberships, No refunds, No Chargebacks
    Must stay subscribed to all phone, email, and physical mail marketing to receive coupons and benefits when they are sent out.
    Loyalty Program
    Loyalty Program is essentially like a 5% cash back program where you earn $5 coupons after every $100 in spending. Points are assigned at 13 points for every $2 spent. Membership fees, donations, and fundraisers do not earn rewards points.
    Points can be used to redeem $5 coupons for 650 points. You may be able to spend your points on other offers besides just $5 coupons. You may be able to earn points from special offers and promotions.
    Discounts
    Our Point-of-Sale system will use whichever coupon, or discount gets you the greatest savings when your benefits overlap with other coupons or promotions.
    Most coupons and discounts cannot be stacked.
    Discounts cannot be used on gift cards or other memberships.
    Benefits that expire
    Most coupons and benefits are timebound and must be used within their stated offer timeframe. Please do not ask us to honor expired coupons or benefits. Everyone has life events and priorities that will occasionally cause them to experience financial losses or miss deadlines. We cannot absorb these losses across our entire community and will need each member to honor the terms of this agreement.
    Our membership program is designed to offer our members great value for their money even if they miss out on, or choose not to use, significant portions of the benefits.
    Play Museum Benefits
    Please note that the museum is still being built and will be sparse the first year, 2026, and is not estimated to open until Summer.

    Changes to Benefits
    Change is inevitable... except from a vending machine. As a socially responsible business, we put purpose before profits and act in the long-term interests of our members and community. As the needs of our members, community and business change, we may also change the benefits of our membership program. This includes reducing benefits if needed to stay solvent as a business.
    Blackout Dates
    Please note, we are a family owned and operated business and will be closed to the public and our members up to 21 total days per year. These dates will generally be blocked from booking parties. We historically close the week before Christmas so our team members can spend time with their friends and family. We may also close for one week in the summer to work with local youth scout troops. We may need random other days to deal with building maintenance or family emergencies. When we are able, any closed dates will be posted on our website months in advance.
    Cancellation
    Early cancellation fee is equal to membership cost for one year.
    Memberships should be canceled at their annual renewal dates to avoid early cancellation fees.
