  • Membership is not required to shop at Music City Bricks or buy tickets to the Play Museum

    When we reach 1,000 membership subscriptions, we will host a celebration and have a drawing for (5) $1,000 Music City Bricks gift cards. These will be issued one per month for the next five months after the drawing. The drawing will be free to enter.

    One of the many ways our community partners with us to keep our doors open and our focus on making Music City Bricks a fun place for LEGO fans to hang out is by paying for membership subscriptions.

    If you are ready to get your membership subscription, just pick the plan below. We process our memberships with a website called Submatic and we process your card payment through Square. These two systems are connected to our Point of Sale cash registers so we can provide your membership benefits. The Submatic membership ordering page is embedded in our page below.     General public: Access hobby shop for purchases

    Membership - Free Level: Our loyalty program, 5% "cash back" style program

    Membership - One + One: The loyalty program and 10% discount in store and coupons

    Membership - Family: The loyalty program and 10% discount in store and coupons and discounted birthday parties

  • Terms and Conditions:
    12-month commitment, No refunds, No Chargebacks
    Discounts in the context of our membership program:
    ~15% discount = 10% off at time of purchase + 5% of purchase towards loyalty rewards program
    ~20% discount = 15% off at time of purchase + 5% of purchase towards loyalty rewards program
    Our Point-of-Sale system will use whichever coupon or discount gets you the greatest savings when your benefits overlap with an in-store coupon of promotion.
    Most coupons and discounts cannot be stacked. 
    Discounts cannot be used on gift cards or other memberships.
    Play Museum Benefits 
    Please note that the museum is still being built and will be sparse the first year, 2026.

    Changes to Benefits
    Change is inevitable... except from a vending machine. As a socially responsible business, we put purpose before profits and act in the long-term interests of our members and community. As the needs of our members, community and business change, we may also change the benefits of our membership program. 
    Blackout Dates
    Please note, we are a family owned and operated business and will be closed to the public and our members up to 21 days per year. These dates will generally be blocked from booking parties. We historically close the week before Christmas so our team members can spend time with their friends and family. We may also close for one week in the summer to work with local youth scout troops. We may need random other days to deal with building maintenance or family emergencies. When we are able, any closed dates will be posted on our website months in advance. 
    Cancellation
    Early cancellation fee is equal to membership cost for one year minus what has already been paid.
    There is no cancellation fee to not renew, just for canceling early.
